If you have an account in State Bank of India, the largest bank in the country, you will be able to benefit from the information of such bank accounts in which the bank will not be penalized even if you do not keep the minimum balance. Usually, like the other banks of the country, SBI accounts have to keep minimum balance per month, and if they do not have to pay a penalty.
Although there are some accounts of SBI, there is no such restriction. This means that you can spend any amount by taking any of these accounts and there is no worry about keeping the minimum balance.
SBI has at least four such accounts that have completed 62 years in the banking field this month, in which customers do not have to have minimum balance. These four accounts are opened by small savings bank accounts, basic savings bank accounts, corporate salary accounts and public accounts which are opened under the Prime Minister's Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) of the Central Government.
